SHIPPING POLICY

Please plan 1-2 days processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships out. We offer two options for shipping – Standard and Next Day Air – detailed below.

Standard Shipping
Orders with Standard Shipping selected are shipped via USPS Priority. You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships, and the expected transit time is 3-7 days depending on where you are located (we ship from California).

Next Day Air
Orders with Next Day Air selected are shipped using UPS Next Day Air. You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships, and your order will arrive the day after it ships out. Please note that we always try to prioritize Next Day Air orders to go out the same day when possible, but this is not guaranteed.

REFUND POLICY

We love the products we offer, but, if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is easy for our customers. Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original method of payment. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or items that have been substantially used.

What's your online return policy?
Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original method of payment. For all online returns, please email info@shopaureabeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in California are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I start a return for an online purchase/order?
To initiate a return purchased online, please send an email to info@shopaureabeauty.com. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns will need be sent to our warehouse located in California.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
While we will give you a full refund for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Can I exchange items purchased online?
At this time, we are not able to process exchanges for online purchases.
